July.

One week down and so far so good.

I ran a total of 37k including a 6k on Thursday morning.

I started the 30 day shred.

I only had a total of 4 meals not cooked at home. 2 brekkies and 2 dinners. The dinners being Friday & Saturday, so I don’t feel too bad. Much better than last week aka shark week when I was eating out like every night.

A perfect week? No. 

I took two rest days when I only planned on the one and didn’t start the shred until Wednesday but despite all that I feel really really content.

Progress not perfection. That’s what matters most.

How is June already over?

And how are we already three days into July? That is ridiculous. 

I meant to post this on Sunday but you know life happened. Whatever.

Fitness goals for the month are short and simple:

  • Start and complete the 30 Day Shred. Post weekly updates about said shred to keep myself accountable.
  • Keep following my runmeter training schedule. Do at least one of my midweek runs in the morning (each week).
